Pilates is designed to help strengthen core muscles and improve posture and mindful movement, through a range of stretches, poses and exercises. This pilates class is a beginner/intermediate mat based class suitable for people who wish to learn more about pilates. It is not suitable for people who are pre or post natal or designed for participants with specific orthopaedic conditions. What to wear?
Please wear clothing suitable for movement. Leggings or jogging bottoms are ideal. Please always wear or bring a pair of socks for class. If you have a mat please bring your own however mats and any needed equipment may be supplied. Bring a bottle of water but if you forget we do have a vending machine.
