ADULT YOGA CLASS INFORMATION
Come and join Megan for a ‘Restorative Flow’ yoga class which will give a balance of grounding and strengthening asanas alongside creating a space for self enquiry and deep rest. With a focus on practices which soothe the nervous system, mind and body with those which create a sense of courage and personal resilience. Beginners and established yoga practitioners welcome.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and wear socks or barefeet. Mats are provided but you can bring your own too. Bring a towel and a bottle of water too.
