We are very excited to be able to offer Kids Yoga classes here at DM Studios. Help your child build a calmer and more balanced mind whilst building a stronger and more flexible body. Our 6 week Yoga for Children course will be a fantastic start to the weekend. For children aged 6 to 11 yrs old.
Kids Yoga: What to Wear and bring with you
Your child will need to wear suitable clothing for movement and floor work. Leggings or tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt will be perfect. They can bring a bottle of water with them too although we do have a vending machine where water is available to buy. If you have a yoga mat for your child that will be great please bring that along with you.
